Android privacy policy.

Effective July 20, 2026

The short version

Wrapped analyzes conversation exports on your Android device. Wrapped does not upload your messages to our servers, sell them, use them for advertising, or use them to train machine-learning models.

Conversation data

You explicitly select or share a TXT, CSV, JSON, or ZIP conversation export. The app reads that file locally to calculate statistics. Raw message content is discarded after the selected Wrapped is prepared. The app stores calculated results, such as counts, percentages, response-time summaries, and verdict labels, on the device so you can reopen them.

Sharing

Wrapped shares nothing automatically. If you choose Share, the app creates a result image and opens Android’s system share sheet. The destination you select has its own privacy policy. Shared result cards do not include raw message text.

Purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Google Play. Wrapped receives purchase status and a transaction token needed to unlock and acknowledge the purchase. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information. Google’s handling of payment data is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

Accounts, advertising, and analytics

Wrapped does not require an account and does not include advertising, behavioral tracking, third-party analytics, or a developer-operated backend service.

Backups and deletion

Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup are disabled for Wrapped. Delete an individual result from Your Wrappeds, or uninstall the app or clear its storage in Android Settings to remove all locally stored Wrapped data.

Children

Wrapped is not directed to children under 13. The Play listing should be configured for an adult or older-teen audience appropriate to the final store content rating.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For privacy or support questions, use the Wrapped support page. Do not include private messages, access tokens, backup passwords, or payment details in a support request.
